We loved the clean and spacious room and the friendly staff. The hotel also had free parking which was very convenient. The location in pleasant surroundings was great, with easy access to nearby tourist attractions and close to the borders of Poland and Czech Republic.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality of services provided. The location, situated on the banks of a beautiful lake, was absolutely stunning. It provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

To my surprise and disappointment, the staff at this venue were not very welcoming and completely ignored my request to have two booked rooms next to each other. However, despite this slight inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends for its exceptional location, comfort, and quality services.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in the eastern part of what used to be the DDR, close to both the Polish and the Czech Republic borders. The hotel is situated in a very pleasant location, right by a lake - which provided for stunning views. The rooms were spacious and modern, with clean bathrooms and all necessary amenities. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with unlimited choices.

Despite its amazing location and impeccable service, it was unfortunate that the hotel did not provide complimentary water in the rooms.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a fantastic time. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel's location was perfect as it was situated close to several tourist attractions and just a stone's throw away from the Polish border. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site bar and the friendly staff who were always helpful and accommodating.

Although our stay was mostly positive, we did have some minor issues. The lack of air ventilation in the room made it uncomfortable at times, and we could hear some outside noise.

Convenient parking and comfortable rooms, good breakfast with a decent variety of food to choose from. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping centers, which makes it easy to explore the city. An added bonus was the friendly and helpful staff, who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The lack of air ventilation in the rooms was a downside, and keeping the window open wasn't always an option due to the cold weather outside. Lastly, we felt that the price was a bit expensive, considering the limited services offered.
